Can our planner or coordinator use the app with us?
Yes. If you have a planner or day of coordinator, we can share the Planning App with them. They can review your selections, confirm timing and use it as a shared reference on the wedding day.
Do we still need a wedding planner if we use the app?
The app gives you structure similar to what a planner uses, but it does not replace a full service planner. Many couples without a planner rely on the Planning App and our meetings, while couples with planners use it as a shared tool that keeps everyone aligned.
Can family and wedding party members add songs or ideas?
Yes. With your permission, we can invite trusted family members or members of your wedding party to add song ideas or notes. You stay in control of final approvals and we confirm everything with you before the wedding.
